** EWS Category : All the candidates who have appeared in the entrance test on 16/06/2019 for admission to BOT/BPO courses and possess valid EWS certificate may appear on 16th August 2019 for admission to BOT/BPO courses that will be done on the basis of merit rank and availability of seats. 
 
No separate letter will be sent to any candidates for counselling and they may be advised to check the daily updates regarding counselling and admissions on website www.pdunippd.in or www.iphnewdelhi.in
                Venue for the counseling : Room No 213, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Person with Physical Disabilities (Divyangjan), 4-Vishnu Digamber Marg, New Delhi.  (Nearest Metro Station:- ITO - Gate No. 02)
 
 
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
 
  1. The candidates must report in person for counselling.
  2. Fee:-  Demand draft of Rs. 42100/- in favour of Director, PDUNIPPD payable at New Delhi
  3. Documents to be produced  in original along with 2 sets of Photocopies
  1. Date of Birth Certificate, Matriculation, Senior Secondary School Certificate issued by Board/University.
  2. Certificate from the prescribed competent Authority for the candidate seeking admission under the reserved categories.
  3. Certificate of good conduct from the School/College/University last attended not later than 6 months.
  4. Documentary evidence of having passed the 12th standard examination under 10+2 scheme.
  5. Marks Sheet of 12th standard board examination of 10+2 scheme.
  1.  Medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner
  2. Three recent coloured passport size photographs.
  3. Affidavit on prescribed format on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- only in response to Raghavan’s Committee recommendations endorsed by Hon’ble Supreme Court to Anti Ragging duly filled in by the candidate and the parents/ guardian.
